摘要：毛霉菌病（Mucormycosis，MCR）是一种罕见但具有侵袭性的真菌病。鼻-眶-脑毛霉菌病是 MCR 感染最常见的临床形式，鼻腔鼻窦接种通常是感染的原发部位。MCR 的发病率和死亡率仍然很高。本病例报告报道 1 例 40 岁男性患者，患肾综合征出血热（Hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome，HFRS）后并发鼻毛霉菌病，使用两性霉素 B 治疗后好转出院。该病例为 HFRS 患者的成功治疗提供了经验。
