摘要:吗啡常用于临床中、重度疼痛的治疗中,然而,长期或反复的吗啡应用将导致吗啡耐受。吗啡耐受致临床疼痛治疗越加困难,限制了吗啡的临床镇痛应用。目前吗啡耐受的分子机制尚未完全清楚,miRNA 是一类含有 18-22 个核苷酸的短链非编码 RNA,通过转录后调控相应靶基因的表达,参与多种疾病的病理生理机制。miRNA 与靶基因 mRNA 的 3’-UTR(非编码区结合,降解转录物或抑制翻译。吗啡耐受导致 miRNA 的上调或下调。本综述就 miRNA  参与吗啡耐受形成的相关分子机制进行阐述。
