摘要:肿瘤的瓦伯格效应体现为在氧气充足条件下通过高水平的糖摄取、糖酵解、乳酸生成来产生能量而非磷酸化。这一现象与胃癌的发生、增殖、侵袭转移、耐药、不良预后密切相关。目前的研究表明胃癌的瓦伯格效应不仅受糖酵解通路的影响,线粒体、非编码 RNA、和其他蛋白也会间接参与到这一过程中。这导致瓦伯格效应不仅会影响糖代谢,对细胞的线粒体功能、细胞凋亡、细胞周期、氨基酸代谢与脂质代谢等生物学进程也会产生影响。在本文中,我们基于糖代谢重编程,探讨了在胃癌中糖、脂质、氨基酸代谢之间的联系,阐明了线粒体在其中的作用,并总结了当前糖代谢抑制剂的发展。
