结论:壳寡糖/肝素纳米颗粒具有较高的细胞因子载药率,并能保持细胞因子较好的生物活性;能使细胞因子局部停留更长的时间,同时能够稳定于生理 pH 溶液。因此壳寡糖/肝素纳米颗粒可能在组织再生领域成为具有前景的细胞因子载药系统。
