背景：卵巢浆液性囊腺癌胃转移非常罕见。病例报告：我们报告一例 45 岁女性行卵巢癌细胞减灭术两年后，超声内镜引导细针穿刺发现胃转移。随后患者行腹腔镜下胃转移瘤切除术。目前患者化疗后完全缓解了。结论：虽然少见，临床上不应忽视卵巢癌胃转移。
