摘要：NMDA 受体拮抗剂美金刚，是一种广泛应用于治疗中到重度阿尔茨海默病认知障碍的药物。最近，越来越多的证据表明，美金刚对情感障碍疾病治疗有效。美金刚的常见药物副反应包括嗜睡、头晕、头痛、失眠、烦躁等。我们报道 73 岁血管性神经认知障碍的老年女性在应用美金刚后出现躁狂发作一例。
