摘要:以生物相容性的磷脂为载体制备了载欧前胡素是纳米柔性脂质体,并考察其药剂学性质与体外透皮给药的行为特点。采用十八胺及磷酸二鲸蜡酯对柔性脂质体的表面荷电性进行修饰,并分别对它们的粒径,电位,形貌,包封率,囊泡变形性,体外经皮渗透特性及皮肤层累积量进行了评价。研究结果表明负载正电荷的柔性脂质体粒径为(82.4±0.65 nm),电位为(20.22±0.96mV),具有良好的变形性,经皮渗透效率最高且在皮肤深部累积量最高。我们的研究结果为进一步开发欧前胡素的经皮递送提供有用的基础信息。
