辛伐他汀 (Simvastatin) 纳米载体通过调控 BMP4/COX-2 信号通路抗大鼠肠缺血再灌注损伤

摘要:研究的目的是探索辛伐他汀/PEG--PBLG50 共聚复合物通过下调 BMP4/COX-2 信号通路抗大鼠肠缺血再灌注损伤。SD 大鼠通过辛伐他汀或辛伐他汀/PEG--PBLG50 共聚复合物 20 mg/kg 预处理,然后缺血 45 min 再灌注 24 h。取大鼠血液和小肠组织,检测血清 IL-4IL-6IL-10TNF-α 和 NO 水平,检测干湿肠比率,SOD 活性、MDA 含量、ROS 表达、BMP4 表达、COX-2 表达、p38MAPK 表达。结果表明:在肠缺血再灌注损伤中辛伐他汀和辛伐他汀/PEG--PBLG50 共聚复合物都可以减轻肠氧化应激和炎性损伤,下调 BMP4 和 COX-2 表达,尤其是辛伐他汀/PEG--PBLG50 共聚复合物明显减轻肠缺血再灌注损伤。结论:辛伐他汀纳米载体通过下调 BMP4/COX-2 信号通路抗大鼠肠缺血再灌注损伤。
